DAO is the economic shell. It does not govern the core. It does not control analysis.

The DAO exists to host incentives — not to define truth, direction, or cosmography. Governance here is peripheral. It operates outside the analytical axis.

DAO participation does not grant access to ORION. DAO voting does not affect Cosmography. DAO has no authority over Frey.
